This term in Kindy we have explored marvellous minibeasts and creepy crawlies. We started off by learning about lots of different kinds of bugs, their names, body parts and even some life cycles. We then picked our favourite bug, and created it using box construction. Once it was all stuck together with lots of glue and tape, we set to work adding details with paint and paper. They looked fantastic! To finish off our inquiry unit, this week we had a snail race with ‘Mr Yellow’ being a clear winner.
