Hi, I'm Chrissie.  I have previously worked at Johh Butler Primary College where I gained a lot of experience.  I have 3 children and as a family we enjoy getting outdoors in beautiful Perth.  I run Alkimos Cub Scouts so I get plenty of opportunities to go camping and hiking.  I am delighted to be joining Joondalup ESC this yar.  What a great school!

Before moving to Australia, I volunteered in Africa where I realised my passion for teaching and working with those who have specialised needs. I've lived in Australia for just shy of 4 years and have been a teacher for just over a year. I recently moved from Bunbury to the big smoke and I'm loving it. Working at Joondalup ESC has been stellar so far. I can't wait to see what the 2019 school year has to offer.

My name is Louise Valentino and I am new to Joondalup Primary School ESC this year.  I have worked in Education Support Schools for the past 15 years and am passionate about creating opportunities for all students to participate, to be included and to reach their individual potential.  As a parent of two primary school aged children myself, I understand the importance of building relationships with students and their families and working as part of a teaching team to support all students in their learning journey.  I am looking forward to the year ahead at Joondalup.

I’m Jill Maher, I’ve been a Special Needs Education Assistant in ESC, Joondalup since the beginning of term 1.

Firstly I’d like to thank all the fabulous students and staff who have made me feel so welcome. It makes coming to work so much more enjoyable knowing I’m part of a great team with a wealth of knowledge and experience.  It is a huge privilege to support the students through their school life. They amaze me everyday with their resilience and positivity.

My previous experience has been at Beldon ESC and Wembley Downs PS where I have worked with students with a wide range of disabilities.

When I’m not in work I’m kept busy by my three sons and husband! We love to spend time as a family doing lots of outdoor activities including camping. I spend many an evening and early morning on the side of a rugby pitch watching the boys train and play matches.
