Traffic Wardens

I have been made aware that there are ongoing concerns about the absence of a traffic warden on Candlewood Drive. The management of traffic wardens is not the responsibility of the school. Concerns have been sent to WA Police regarding this issue and I am pleased to report that our traffic warden has returned to Candlewood Drive.

WA Police is very short-staffed on traffic wardens and their relief pool is nearly non-existent. If you are interested in working as a traffic warden, please email the school on joondalup.esc@education.wa.edu.au and I will pass on your name and contact details.

Upcoming Sausage Sizzle

The P&C will be holding a sausage sizzle on Saturday 14 October when the school is used as polling booth for The Voice referendum. There are two shifts: 8.00-11.00am and 11.00am-2.00pm. If you are available, please contact the school and your details will be forwarded to Jenny Coyle.

Beldon and Creaney ESC Sports Days

Students enjoyed the junior and senior sports days at Beldon ESC and Creaney ESC respectively last week. Joondalup ESC walked away with the winners plaque from the senior carnival this year. Thank you to Nathan's Mum, Amanda for engraving the plaque for us and THANK YOU to our wonderful staff for the energy, commitment, support and encouragement given to our students and each other across the carnival days.
