This term we have had  a dinosaur theme in Room 26. We started by reading “Dinosaurs in my School” by Timothy Knapman and Sarah Warburton.

We have created artworks of dinosaurs using a variety of techniques. The students stated their favourite dinosaur and why. We read a range of other texts and generated a word wall. Students had a lot of fun excavating dinosaurs from ice and making puppets.

Some students measured the length of the dinosaurs and compared it to the length of our classroom.
