The final P&C Association meeting is being held next Wednesday 23 November from 7.00pm in the staffroom.
Our lovely Bec is retiring from her role as Treasurer on the Joondalup Schools P&C and we are now looking for someone who has the skillset and interest to take on this valuable position. Please consider if you are in a position to be able to help (training and handover available) and contact jenny@devahasdinpr.com.au. Many thanks to Bec for her work throughout this year, it has been greatly appreciated.
Depending on activities the role is between 2-8 hours PER MONTH. Listed below is a description of the work and our existing treasurer will be available to take you through all systems and hand over a completely up to date record of accounts.
▪️Bookkeeping (recording of financial transactions) for one bank account via Tidy HQ software. As per WACSSO/audit requirements. Maintain digital folders of paperwork.
▪️Paying invoices and reimbursements (as they arise) - via CommBank on a pc/laptop in the company of President.
▪️Authorising payments from accounts as they arise via CommBiz. Some are regular e.g. fortnightly wages.
▪️Bank cash after fundraising events when required. Withdraw cash for floats etc when required.
▪️Prepare and deliver Treasurer Reports for P&C Meetings. Template already exists.
▪️P&C Meeting attendance - monthly.
