This term we have been reading the text called ‘Magic Porridge Pot’ for Talk for Writing. We all enjoyed our ‘hook’ activity of making a bottle volcano. After this we used adjectives to describe what we saw, heard and smelt.

We have enjoyed reading our new text and have now memorised it with the help of our story-map and actions. We have been practising to write interesting sentences by adding more detail.
