We recently read a book called The Bad-Tempered Ladybird by Eric Carle.

We spoke about why the ladybird was grumpy and brainstormed ideas about what she could do when she was feeling that way. We learnt about the letter L for ladybird and had a go at writing it on our whiteboards.

We even got to paint and make our own ladybirds!
