Term 4 has started off brilliantly! The students in Room 14 are learning about ‘Under the Sea’ and so far have been extremely engaged in playing in our home corner area. We have noticed that the students are communicating with their peers, recognising sea creatures and engaging in conversations with teachers.

The students have been busy making our ‘Under the Sea’ area bright and colourful. Students have had great pleasure in painting our big Octopus and Submarine and making an ocean scene with sea creatures.

During shared reading students have been viewing ‘The Rainbow Fish’ and learning about the Rainbow Fish’s character traits and how he learnt to share, make friends and be kind. As the Term progresses we will be exploring further books and learning more about ‘Under the Sea’.
