Wow, what a fabulous Term we have had in Streamed Literacy! Students have settled in to their respective programs and are completing some fun and exciting activities. The Multi-Lit groups are demonstrating some very high achievements whilst the students participating in the alphabet groups are thriving from the interactive activities. Those in the communication group are enjoying the hands on activities and utilising their devices well. Staff have been bursting with excitement to see how well all students are succeeding.

Professional Development

We attended the Language, Literacy and Learning Conference ran by Dyslexia SPELD Foundation on Thursday 4^th April through to Saturday 6^th April. DSF brought together experts in the fields of language development to further improve our understanding of how to best support the growth of all children. We have come back with a greater level of knowledge of how we can implement different aspects of literacy into our school.
