Poppies

After viewing the work of Georgia O'keeffe, the students attending Visual Arts painted a close-up of a poppy. The work was done in acrylic paint. The poppies looked spectacular all pinned together.

Willy Wagtail - Djidi Djidi

The students attending Visual Arts created a willy wagtail - djidi djidi out of clay. The greenware was bisque fired and then the students glazed their work. Once the willy wagtail - djidi djidi was fired again the students added legs with wire and curled the toes onto a branch. They look fantastic hanging on the wall.
