Principals Report
What a busy couple of weeks we have had at Joondalup Schools!
We celebrated Neurodiversity Day on Monday 15 March and our school was a sea of colour! Students and staff embraced the day and wore as many colours as they could, and learned more about learning difficulties and disabilities.
On Friday 19 March our schools celebrated both Harmony Day and Ride to School Day. A huge number of students arrived early to ride and scooter to school together, all dressed in orange. We rode around a track to encourage us to be active every day. As a campus we also celebrated our cultural diversity, inclusiveness and a sense of belonging.

Easter Hat Parade and Free Dress
On Tuesday 30 March students can come to school in free dress. Students are encouraged to wear an Easter hat or bonnet, as we will be having an Easter Hat parade. We will also draw out all the Easter raffle prizes during this parade. All students who have won prizes will be able to take their prizes home at the end of the day.
ANZAC Service
We will be holding an ANZAC service at school on Wednesday 21 April. The service will commence at 9:15am and will be held on the grassed area where our flag poles are. All family, friends and community members are encouraged to join us.
Leadership Camp
Next week our Year 6 School Captains will take part in a Leadership Camp with other school leaders from education support settings in the northern suburbs. It is an exciting time, and we are really looking forward to the exciting activities we have planned.
Tug of War
On Wednesday we had our campus Tug of War competition. Led by Mr. Lee, there was cheering, chanting and excitement as factions faced off against each other to win the title of Tug of War champion. Congratulations to the winning faction who won the most games on the day. The results will be announced at Faction Carnival Day in Term 3.

Interschool Sports Competition
On Monday Joondalup Schools are participating in the interschool athletics carnival for throws and jumps. Congratulations to Jake who will be representing Joondalup Education Support Centre with Joondalup Primary School on Monday.
