This term Room 9 has been discussing how to stay safe in the sun. We have identified the clothing we need to wear and other things that protect us when we are out in the sun such as sunscreen, drinking plenty of water and staying in the shade where possible.

The students have completed a range of activities including identifying places around the school that offer shade at recess and lunch. The students also painted a picture of what they like to do in summer. We spoke about how they can protect themselves from the sun.
