In week nine we will be attending the zoo. We have started preparing for this excursion by familiarising ourselves with the layout of the zoo and the animals on display.

Students have completed a range of activities including planning their own zoo, writing a report on an animal they would like to visit at the zoo and writing about what they would do if they had a zoo.

Some students have also used their mathematical skills to buy animals for their zoo with a specific budget and buy and sell items in the souvenir shop.
